How do I place a bulk order?
Contact us to let us know what you need. We'll ask you some questions about sizes, styles and colours of shirts. You can send us your art or we can create something special just for you.
Do you charge a setup fee?
No. Unlike many other t-shirt printers we do not charge a set-up fee. If the art you submit is ready to print without alteration all you pay is our bulk price for printing and cost on apparel items. We do charge for
graphic design and file manipulation.
How long does my order take?
For our bulk pricing rates we ask for a 10 day turnaround time. In many cases, we need to order the right
sizes and colour to fill your order. If we have the items in stock, we might be able to make it happen faster. Contact us to ask about size, style and colour availability.
Do you have a catalogue?
No. Our suppliers are always coming out with new items. Let us know what you need and we can find it for you. We carry quality t-shirts from American Apparel, Bella + Canvas, Anvil, Gildan and many others. We are also able to order items not normally carried in our store just so we can make you happy.
Can you print on items I bring you?
Sometimes. Our digital printing process requires that garments are a minimum of 25% cotton or natural fibers like bamboo or hemp. The items must not be pilled or fuzzy and must fit flat on our printer. We also can't print over seams or hems. Since we don't charge a markup on items that we order you aren't really saving any money. If you still would like us to print on garments you have already purchased, we ask that you sign a
waiver, as we are not responsible for any damage to customer supplied items should anything go wrong
in our printing process.
Do you print on hats?
Not with our digital printer. We can however, get hats embroidered, all we ask is that you order a minimum of 10 items to offset the digitization fees. We have many style and colour options for you to choose from.
