How Do I Place An Order?
To order a t-shirt, click on the shop button on the top left of the menu, select a design you like, choose your size and colour and then add to cart. When you are finished shopping click on checkout and enter your address and payment details. If you don't feel comfortable ordering online, contact Lucas or Jason and they will be happy to take your order.
Payment & Shipping
We have partnered with Moolah to process payment and can accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Once payment has been received your item(s) will be printed and delivered. Please allow 10-20 days for your item(s) to arrive if you have any questions or wish to pay over the phone please call or email us during normal business hours Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm Mountain time. Yes, we're on "mountain time."
BIG MAGIC Quality Guarantee
Our shirts are lightweight and a soft 100% cotton or tri-blend, cotton/rayon mix. They are fitted and pre-shrunk with a great drape. If in doubt order one size larger. Some slight shrinkage and fading is expected over time. Our graphics are printed directly into the fabric of the shirt using our DTG printing process.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return unwashed shirt with tag attached for refund or store credit. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges.
